Q1: How long will it take to receive my Luxeon order? Answer: Our delivery timeline is divided into two stages:
Handling time: 1–3 business days.
Transit time: 6–10 business days.

Q2: Do you offer free shipping? Answer: Yes. We provide Free Standard Shipping on every order.
Q3: Where is Luxeon based? Answer: Luxeon is a U.S.-based brand specializing in advanced recovery technology. We are headquartered in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Q4: What if my recovery device arrives defective? Answer: If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Q5: Can I cancel my order? Answer: We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment stage, please email us immediately at support@luxeonshop.com
Q6: What is your return policy? Answer: We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Q7: When will I receive my refund? Answer: Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed immediately. It typically takes 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Q8: Do you offer a warranty? Answer: Yes, all Luxeon tech products are covered by a "1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty". If the product fails to meet our quality standards during this time, we will resolve it.
Q9: Is there a physical store I can visit? Answer: Luxeon is an online-only boutique. This allows us to cut out the "middleman" costs of retail and provide high-performance recovery tools at a more accessible price point.
Q10: Can I track my order in real-time? Answer: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on our Track Order page to see your package's progress.
